If you want to go further, the full Ignition Sessions package is six sessions across six months — paced to your actual life and the real rhythm of change. This is the deeper work — what I call Re-membering. The gradual, sometimes startling process of bringing back together the parts of yourself that got quietly separated somewhere along the way.
